A One-Off Delivery:
You will receive 10 items in the subscription box at once.
Monthly Delivery:
The first box you purchase will be sent out within 2-3 days of placing your order, and you will receive the remaining boxes for the following months. Your parcel is expected to arrive around the 20th of each month.

In essence, the Advanced kit encompasses a greater variety of higher-value products compared to the Basic kit. Specifically, the advanced puzzle and mix subscription package ensures the inclusion of a 3D pinball product. However, it's worth noting that the Basic kit still offers plenty of excitement and enjoyment.
Orders received within the current month will have their first box shipped out within that same month, followed by subsequent shipments between the 1st and 10th of each month thereafter
You can contact us by email service@robotime.com and we will change the address for you, but for gifts that are already on the way, the address cannot be changed. So We hope you get in touch with us in time. Once the address has been changed, we will notify you by email.
